A combination of  Mexican architecture with daring modern interiors, furniture and modern amenities.

At the end of the cobble stone road, on top of a hill with incredible views of the ocean and the jungle, away from the town and yet within walking distance to both, it takes your breath away. It is truly a magical moment and a magical experience.

All the windows in the house are designed in a way that they completely disappear into the walls making it feel like one is sitting outdoors.

The structure consists of 2 units:  

The Master Unit, Magia 1 which consists of the top two floors of the home include the Palapa room which is the kitchen, dining and living area and a separate bathroom.  The master bedroom below has a spacious bathroom with incredible ocean views. There is a second bedroom on this level as well.

The Guest Unit, Magia 2 has its own fully appointed kitchen on lower floor. 

The 40 foot lap pool is accessed at the level below the Guest Unit.
